Swastik Fasteners, a highly reputed manufacturing company in the fastener industry since 1970, is seeking a dedicated Quality Management System (QMS) Manager & MR to oversee and enhance our quality processes in Hyderabad. This role is vital to ensuring our compliance with international standards such as IATF 16949 and ISO 9001, supporting the company’s commitment to delivering high-quality products and exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

As the QMS Manager and Management Representative, you will be responsible for

· Managing all documentation related to IATF 16949 and ISO 9001 standards.

· Handling a team of 3 person in quality department

· Ensuring that our quality management system remains robust and up to date.

· Preparing and maintaining core quality tools and methodologies including APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning),



FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), SPC (Statistical Process Control) and PPAP (Production Part Approval Process).

· Your role will include coordinating and leading customer audits, internal audits, and Management Review Meetings (MRM) to maintain compliance and continuous improvement.

· Handling customer complaints effectively by preparing detailed 8D reports and Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) documentation and closing the complaints effectively with proper evidences.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
