role :Stibo STEP MDM Developer

Experience: 6–10 years
Relevant Stibo Experience: 4+ years
Work Mode: Hybrid – Gurgaon

Job Description

- Develop, configure, and support Stibo Systems STEP MDM solutions.
- Design data models, hierarchies, classifications, taxonomies, and attributes.
- Develop workflows, business rules, validation rules, and event processors.
- Customize STEP using Java and JavaScript and Stibo APIs.
- Build integrations with SAP, Salesforce, ERP, CRM, PIM, and eCommerce systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Perform data migration, cleansing, enrichment, synchronization, and validation.
- Troubleshoot production issues, perform RCA and performance tuning.
- Work with business analysts, data stewards, architects, and integration teams.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum, testing, UAT, releases, and production support.
- Experience with SQL databases, CI/CD, DevOps, cloud platforms, and PIM is preferred.
