This is Part Time/ Freelancing/ Dispatch Type not for Fresher

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L1 technical support to end users for desktop, laptop, software, and peripheral-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Windows 10/11 operating system issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot standard business applications.
- Troubleshoot MS Office / Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel.
- Perform basic troubleshooting of:
- Desktop and laptop hardware
- Printers and scanners
- Keyboard, mouse, monitors and other peripherals
- Wi-Fi and LAN connectivity
- VPN connectivity
- Internet and basic network issues
- Perform software installation, configuration, updates, and basic troubleshooting.
- Support new laptop/desktop deployment and user onboarding.
- Perform OS installation, system imaging and application deployment as per company SOP.
- Assist with hardware replacement, troubleshooting and asset tagging.




- Handle basic Active Directory tasks such as:
- Password reset
- Account unlock
- Basic user/account troubleshooting
- Provide basic support for Microsoft Entra ID / Azure AD where applicable.
- Create, update, categorize and close incidents in the ITSM/ticketing system.
- Follow incident management and escalation procedures.
- Ensure incidents are resolved within defined SLA timelines.
- Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with complete troubleshooting details.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents, resolutions and knowledge articles.
- Coordinate with other IT teams, vendors and service providers when required.
- Provide qualified and timely support to end users.

Pay: Up to ₹1,000.00 per day
