Instructional Designer – Job Description

- At least 6+ years’ experience in eLearning content development
- Excellent communication, presentation and time management skills
- Experience in eLearning content creation (corporate learning)
- Experience in creating scripts for WBT or Video based training
- Knowledge of real-world application of ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy and Adult learning concepts and principles
- Experience in writing assessment questions for evaluation
- Working experience in interactive courseware, computer-based training, multimedia instruction, and/or web-based training.

Mandatory requirements:

- Must have created learning content for Corporates
- K12 experience will not be valid for this requirement
- Certification in Instructional Design, preferred
- Experience in tools like Power Point, Canva or Vyond needed
- Preferred - At least 2 – 3 years’ working knowledge of rapid development content creation tools like Articulate Storyline and/or 360, Adobe Captivate

Location: Mumbai

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
