Senior Chemistry Faculty – Classes 9 – 12 & Competitive Exams

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Senior Chemistry Faculty to teach Chemistry for Classes 9–12, with a strong focus on JEE, NEET and other competitive examinations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent subject knowledge, strong classroom delivery skills, and the ability to develop students’ conceptual understanding, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging, concept-oriented Chemistry classes for Classes 9–12.
- Prepare students for JEE Main, JEE Advanced, NEET and other competitive examinations.
- Teach Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry with strong conceptual clarity.
- Develop students' ability to solve numerical, conceptual, application-based, and advanced-level problems.
- Prepare and deliver study material, worksheets, assignments, question banks, and test papers.
- Integrate NCERT/Board curriculum with competitive-exam preparation.
- Conduct regular tests, doubt-solving sessions, revision classes, and performance assessments.
- Analyse student performance and identify learning gaps and areas for improvement.
- Mentor students and provide personalised academic guidance for competitive-exam preparation.
- Stay updated with changes in JEE/NEET syllabus, examination patterns, and question trends.
- Develop advanced-level problems and ensure adequate preparation for high-performing students.
- Use innovative teaching methodologies, demonstrations, digital tools, and visual aids to improve conceptual understanding.
- Collaborate with academic teams to improve curriculum, study material, and teaching strategies.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and engaging classroom environment.
- Participate in parent interactions, faculty meetings,



training sessions, and other academic activities.

Required Qualifications

- Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or a relevant discipline from a reputed institution.
- Strong command of Chemistry concepts for Classes 9–12.
- Proven experience teaching JEE/NEET/competitive-level Chemistry.
- Strong understanding of NCERT, CBSE and competitive-exam syllabi.
- Excellent communication and classroom-management skills.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and explain them in a transparent and engaging manner.

Experience

- 5+ years of teaching experience preferred.
- Experience with reputed schools, coaching institutes, or competitive-exam preparation programs will be an advantage.
- Experience preparing students for JEE Main/Advanced, NEET, Olympiads, or similar competitive examinations is highly desirable.

Preferred Skills

- Strong command over Physical, Organic, and Inorganic Chemistry.
- Excellent numerical and problem-solving skills, particularly in Physical Chemistry.
- Strong understanding of reaction mechanisms and application-based problems in Organic Chemistry.
- Ability to teach NCERT concepts while taking students to JEE/NEET advanced levels.
- Strong question-setting and academic-content-development skills.
- Ability to mentor both foundation-level and advanced-level students.
- Passion for teaching and delivering measurable student outcomes.

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
