ROLE OVERVIEW

We are seeking a technically strong and engaging AI/ML & Business Analytics Trainer to deliver practical, industry-aligned training for university students. The ideal candidate should combine strong domain expertise with excellent delivery, learner engagement, and classroom management skills.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Deliver hands-on training in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Business Analytics.

● Train students on Python, data analysis, machine learning, statistics, data visualization, and business analytics.

● Conduct practical labs, case studies, projects, and application-based learning activities.

● Connect technical concepts with real-world business problems and use cases.

● Simplify complex concepts and effectively engage large groups of young learners.

● Create and regularly update training content, presentations, labs, assessments, and projects.

● Mentor students and support assessments and project development.

● Coordinate with internal teams and university stakeholders for effective training delivery.

TECHNICAL CONCEPTS – AREAS OF EXPERTISE

● Programming & Data Foundations: Python programming, data structures, SQL & data wrangling, statistics & probability, hypothesis testing, exploratory data analysis.

● Machine Learning: Supervised & unsupervised learning, regression & classification algorithms, model evaluation & tuning, feature engineering, time-series forecasting.

● Data Visualization & BI Tools: Power BI, Tableau, Excel analytics, dashboarding, storytelling with data, KPI design.

● Business Analytics & Applications: Translating business problems into analytical solutions,



predictive & prescriptive analytics, case-study driven decision-making, ROI-focused reporting.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

● Master's degree in AI, Machine Learning, Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.

● Relevant Bachelor's degree with strong practical expertise may also be considered.

● Minimum 2–3+ years of training or technical facilitation experience. TECHNICAL & CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

● Strong knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Python, Data Analytics, Statistics, Data Visualization, and Business Analytics.

● Practical experience in building machine learning models and solving real-world data problems.

● Relevant industry certifications in AI/ML, Data Science, Data Analytics, or Business Analytics are preferred.

ESSENTIAL COMPETENCIES

● Excellent communication, presentation, and public-speaking skills.

● Ability to confidently handle large student groups.

● Classroom & Learner Engagement: Strong classroom management, active-learning facilitation, and delivery strategies that keep large cohorts of young learners engaged throughout hands-on sessions.

● Content creation, teamwork, coordination, and ownership skills. We are looking for a trainer who combines solid technical expertise with exceptional delivery skills to create engaging, practical, and industry-relevant learning experiences.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
