Job Description – Sales Officer

Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Officer with valuable marketing sense and adequate knowledge of frozen food products and cold-chain operations to develop customers, achieve sales targets, and expand the company's market presence across HORECA, General Trade (GT), and Modern Trade (MT) channels in Delhi/NCR.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new leads and develop business across HORECA, GT, and MT channels.
- Achieve assigned sales targets through effective market coverage and customer visits.
- Develop relationships with Hotels, Restaurants, Cafes, Caterers, Distributors, Retailers, Supermarkets, and Modern Trade outlets.
- Promote and explain the company's frozen food products to customers.
- Understand cold-chain requirements, temperature-controlled storage, transportation, and distribution of frozen food products.
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and pricing.




- Negotiate with customers and ensure timely order closure and follow-up.
- Coordinate with distributors and internal teams for smooth order and delivery management.
- Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to management.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate; Sales/Marketing qualification preferred.
- Adequate knowledge of frozen food products and cold-chain operations is essential.
- Good understanding of HORECA, GT, and MT sales channels.
- Good marketing sense and understanding of customer requirements.
- Strong communication, convincing, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Target-oriented, proactive, and willing to travel extensively within Delhi/NCR.
- Knowledge of the Delhi/NCR frozen food market and distribution network will be an added advantage.

Job Types: Permanent, Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
