Job Description

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in day-to-day activities. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, follow-ups and coordinating with the internal team.

Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls and emails.
- Prepare quotations and other sales documents.
- Follow up with customers regarding enquiries and quotations.
- Coordinate with the sales and other internal teams.
- Maintain customer and sales records.
- Prepare basic sales reports and MIS.
- Update daily follow-up and enquiry status.
- Assist the sales team in achieving their targets.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers.
- Perform other sales coordination activities as required.





Requirements

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Fresher to 3 years of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Support or similar role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and Excel.
- Positive follow-up and coordination skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates from engineering, manufacturing, construction or industrial products background will be preferred.

Education

- Graduate in any discipline.
- B.Com / BBA / BMS / BE / B.Tech or equivalent qualification

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
