Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to develop and lead digital marketing strategies focused on brand growth, customer acquisition, lead generation and measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute the company's overall digital marketing strategy.
- Manage SEO, Social Media, Content Marketing, Paid Ads and Lead Generation activities.
- Set monthly and quarterly marketing goals and KPIs.
- Analyse website traffic, rankings, engagement, leads and conversions.
- Plan and optimize digital advertising campaigns.
- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate with SEO, Social Media, Design, Video, Content and BD teams.
- Review campaign performance and implement improvement strategies.
- Prepare regular digital marketing performance reports for management.




- Manage marketing budgets and ensure effective utilization.
- Lead, train and monitor the performance of the digital marketing team.
- Stay updated with digital marketing trends, AI tools and platform algorithm changes.

Requirements:

- 1 - 3 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Social Media, Paid Ads and Content Marketing.
- Experience in managing campaigns and marketing teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic and leadership skills.
- Result-oriented approach with a focus on ROI, leads and business growth.
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
