We are looking for a Sales Co-Ordinator in a pharma company who supports the sales force by processing orders , managing field force documentation , preparing MIS sales reports , and tracking inventory . They act as a liaison between sales , manufacturing / supply chain , and customers to ensure smooth order execution .

Key Responsibilities :-

- Providing support to the sales team for proposal building
- Cold calling prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities
- Handling the quotations proposals , and payments
- Handling customer queries as per the product information required , submitting quotations & follow ups
- Co-ordination with field engineers and customers
- Required to travel extensively

Skills & Software knowledge :-

- 1-2years of experience is required




- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi - task
- Valuable time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
- Sound knowledge of using CRM software
- Immediate joiners would be preferred
