Job Description – Center Head / Headmistress (Daycare)

- Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the daycare center, ensuring smooth and effective functioning.
- Supervise and guide teachers, caregivers, and support staff to maintain high standards of care and education.
- Ensure the safety, hygiene, security, and well-being of all children at the center.
- Plan and monitor age-appropriate activities, routines, and learning programs for children.
- Maintain effective communication with parents and address their queries, feedback, and concerns professionally.
- Manage attendance, records, documentation, and other administrative requirements of the center.
- Ensure compliance with daycare policies, SOPs, safety guidelines, and statutory requirements.
- Support admissions, staff training, parent engagement, and overall growth and development of the center.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
