Data Entry Executive – Job Description

We're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Data Entry Executive to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate product, inventory, and customer-related data.

Key Responsibilities:

- Enter, update, and maintain accurate data related to eyewear products.
- Upload and manage product details, including product names, specifications, prices, and other information.
- Maintain inventory and stock-related records.
- Verify product information and ensure data accuracy.
- Update data on the company website and internal systems.
- Organize and maintain digital records and databases.
- Coordinate with different teams for product and data-related updates.




- Ensure all company information and records are handled confidentially.

Requirements:

- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Excel.
- Valuable typing speed with strong attention to detail.
- Ability to accurately manage large amounts of data.
- Basic understanding of product data entry will be an advantage.
- Good communication and organizational skills.
- Previous experience in data entry or e-commerce will be preferred.
