We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Telecalling Executive to join our team. The role involves communicating with prospective customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information about our courses and training programs, and maintaining consistent follow-ups to support business growth.

The ideal candidate should possess strong verbal communication skills, confidence in handling telephone conversations, a professional approach, and the ability to engage customers effectively. This position is suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and respond to enquiries.
- Communicate information about courses, training programs, and services clearly and accurately.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate course information.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective customers through calls and messages.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with leads and prospective customers.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
- Identify potential customers and support the conversion of enquiries into admissions.
- Meet assigned daily and monthly calling and performance targets.




- Address customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Coordinate with the internal team to ensure effective follow-up and customer support.

Candidate Requirements

- Freshers or candidates with 0–1 year of experience in telecalling, inside sales, customer support, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident and professional telephone communication.
- Good convincing and customer-handling abilities.
- Tamil and English communication skills preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work independently.
- Ability to work towards individual and team targets.
