Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to supervise screen printing operations, manage production activities, ensure quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently.

Key Requirement:

- Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology.
- Good knowledge of screen printing processes and machines.
- Experience in production planning and manpower handling.
- Understanding of print quality, colour matching, registration, and finishing.
- Ability to monitor production targets and reduce rejection/wastage.
- Knowledge of production reports and basic MS Office/Excel.
- Valuable problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong team handling and communication skills.
- Knowledge of safety, 5S, and SOP compliance.
- Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
- Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to work.
