About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Administrator to support

our digital marketing, SEO, outreach, and campaign execution activities. The ideal

candidate should be comfortable managing social media, email campaigns,

backlinking, and LinkedIn outreach while handling marketing coordination tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

- Plan and schedule posts across social media platforms

- Coordinate creatives and captions with the design/content team

- Maintain a content calendar

- Monitor engagement and basic analytics

- Ensure brand consistency across platforms

Email Marketing & Campaigns

- Create and execute email marketing campaigns

- Manage mailing lists and audience segmentation

- Track open rates, CTR, and campaign performance

- Coordinate promotional and lead nurturing campaigns

- Support marketing automation workflows

SEO & Backlinking

- Assist in on-page and off-page SEO activities

- Identify and execute backlinking opportunities (guest posts, directory

submissions, outreach)

- Maintain backlink tracking sheets

- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis

- Optimize blog content (meta tags, internal linking, etc.)

LinkedIn & Sales Navigator Outreach





- Use LinkedIn and Sales Navigator for lead generation

- Identify potential prospects and maintain lead database

- Send outreach messages and follow-ups

- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads

- Track outreach performance metrics

Administrative & Reporting

- Maintain marketing reports and dashboards

- Track campaign performance and ROI

- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors

- Manage marketing documentation and databases

Requirements

- Strong interest in digital marketing, SEO, and automation tools.

- Familiarity with SEMrush, Google Analytics, ChatGPT, Jasper, or other AI

content tools.

- Basic understanding of backlinking, keyword research, and content

optimization.

- Good communication skills and attention to detail.

- Self-motivated, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a quick-paced

environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
