Primary purpose of the role:

Accounting, General ledger, Tax Compliance, MIS, AP and AR, Reconciliation

Major responsibilities & deliverables:

- Verify accuracy, completeness and consistency of accounting information received
- Review of month close entries such as accruals, provisions, other manual entries/ adjustments
- Reviewing AR Activities i.e. Invoicing, collections adjustment entries
- Performing financial ledger reconciliation between the two parties (AR-AP matching)
- Preparation of the reconciliation statement along with relevant annexures of differences.
- Verification of open items in RRL books for deductions from Vendor’s invoices (for TDS/TCS/Rate Diff/Shortage/Freight/any other amount)
- Performing inventory movement reconciliation between the two parties (Inventory in-out movement)
- Reviewing AP Activities i.e.



Overall responsible of AP process and Payment Batches
- Review of Statutory dues reconciliations – TDS, GST etc
- Ensure Month end closures as per SLA checklist
- Review of trial balance

Skills Required:

- Experience in Financial and Inventory reconciliation
- Computer proficiency including good knowledge of accounting software, including excel
- Positive communications skills (oral & written)
- Experience in day-to-day accounting
- Self-motivated having organisational and planning skills.
- Quality conscious and committed
- Sap Knowledge

Experience required, Any Specific Industry / Company exposure:

4-5 years years of experience Accounting and reporting

Worked in Financial and Inventory reconcilation outsource profile will add advantage and SAP is mandatory

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹62,000.00 per month
