Description : Quality Manager
Experience : 10 to 20 yrs

- Should have good communication Skills.
- General Manager oversees all end-to-end plant operations, engineering, production, safety, quality control, and business execution for the heavy fabrication business unit.

-This role is directly responsible for driving operational excellence, operational safety, client satisfaction, and overall Profit & Loss (P&L;) performance for structural steel, heavy equipment, power generation, or pressure vessel fabrication projects.
-Health, Safety & Setting (HSE)
-Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
- CSWIP, AWS, Lean Six Sigma, or PMP credentials are a strong plus.
-Oversee QA/QC systems, Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), and Procedure Qualification Records (PQR).
