Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to drive sales growth for our artisan bakery group. The role involves developing corporate relationships, generating bulk and event-based orders, and expanding our customer base through strategic business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Identify and develop new business opportunities in corporate, institutional, and event segments

2) Meet corporate clients, offices, event planners, and institutions to promote bakery products and services

3) Generate bulk orders for occasions such as weddings, parties, corporate events, and functions

4) Build and maintain robust relationships with existing and potential customers

5) Coordinate with production and store teams to ensure timely delivery of orders

6) Achieve monthly sales targets

7) Conduct market research to identify new trends, competitors, and customer preferences

8) Prepare and present proposals, quotations,



and product offerings to clients

9) Follow up on leads and convert them into confirmed orders

10) Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

· 3–5 years of experience in sales/business development (preferably in food, bakery, or hospitality industry)

· Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to meet targets and work independently

· Willingness to travel and meet clients regularly

· Good knowledge of local market and corporate network
