*Job Summary:*

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented *Accounts Executive* to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will manage daily financial transactions, support accounting functions, and ensure accurate and timely financial reporting. This role is essential in maintaining our financial health and plays a key part in the company’s compliance and growth objectives.

*Key Responsibilities:*

- *Accounts Payable and Receivable*: Manage invoices, payments, collections, and coordinate with vendors and clients to ensure timely payment processing.

- *General Ledger Management*: Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and perform month-end and year-end closings.

- *Financial Reporting*: Prepare daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports; support annual audits and tax filings.

- *Expense Tracking*: Monitor expenses, reconcile discrepancies, and prepare monthly expense summaries.

- *Bank Reconciliations*: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ensure cash flow accuracy.

- *Compliance*: Ensure compliance with financial policies, accounting standards, and government regulations.





- *Data Management*: Maintain financial data and records in accounting software, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.

- *Assist with Budgeting*: Support budget preparation and tracking, and help identify financial efficiencies.

*Qualifications:*

- *Education*: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, or related field (preferred).

- *Experience*: 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles; experience with [specific software, e.g., QuickBooks, Tally, SAP] is a plus.

- *Technical Skills*: Proficient in MS Office, Tally Prime, particularly Excel, and knowledge of accounting principles.

- *Soft Skills*: Robust analytical abilities, detail-oriented, excellent time management, and effective communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
