PROJECT ESTIMATOR / COMMERCIAL & PLANNING COORDINATORRole Objective

To ensure accurate project estimation, vendor billing, commercial control, manpower planning and execution tracking from approved drawings through project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs and detailed quantity estimates from approved drawings.
- Verify quantities, specifications, rates and scope before execution.
- Prepare and maintain project budgets, cost sheets and variation statements.
- Check and certify vendor bills against BOQ, measurements, work orders and actual site execution.
- Track vendor advances, bills, deductions, retention and outstanding payments.
- Prepare activity-wise execution plans and timelines in coordination with the Operations Manager.
- Plan and track manpower requirements across projects.
- Monitor Planned vs Actual progress, identify delays and highlight recovery actions.
- Maintain material, work and vendor status reports.
- Track project variations, additional works and their commercial impact.
- Coordinate closely with Project Managers, Operations,



Vendors and the Technical/Costing Team.
- Prepare regular project MIS reports covering cost, billing, manpower, progress and delays.
- Ensure commercial and planning data is updated accurately and on time.

Ideal Candidate

- 2–5 years of experience in interior execution / construction estimation / commercial coordination.
- Strong understanding of interior works, BOQs, drawings, measurements and vendor billing.
- Valuable knowledge of Excel and estimation/costing formats.
- Strong numerical, analytical and coordination skills.
- Ability to identify commercial discrepancies and execution delays.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented and deadline-driven.
