Job Title: HR Recruiter

Reporting To: HR Manager / Operations Head

Job Purpose

To manage end-to-end recruitment of event-based manpower including promoters, volunteers, hosts, and execution crew, ensuring timely availability of quality resources for all events.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Sourcing

- Manage bulk hiring for event requirements across multiple locations.

- Source candidates through job portals, social media, WhatsApp groups, and college networks.

- Build and maintain a solid freelance manpower pipeline.

2. Screening & Selection

- Conduct initial telephonic screening and shortlist candidates.

- Assess candidates based on communication, presentation, and suitability for event roles.

- Coordinate interviews with internal stakeholders if required.

3. Coordination & Deployment

- Coordinate with operations team for event-wise manpower planning.

- Ensure timely deployment of required staff for events.





- Manage last-minute hiring, replacements, and backups.

4. Database & Documentation

- Maintain and update a structured database of freelancers and part-time staff.

- Track availability, past performance, and engagement history.

5. Vendor & College Coordination

- Liaise with external staffing agencies and college placement cells.

- Build long-term sourcing channels for continuous manpower supply.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent hiring.

- High ownership and follow-up ability.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets.

- Networking and relationship-building skills.

- Graduate (HR preferred).

- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment / bulk hiring.
