Job Overview

We are looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to connect with prospective students, handle enquiries, explain course details, and support the admissions team through regular follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Call prospective students and interested leads to provide information about available courses.
- Handle student enquiries professionally and explain course details clearly.
- Follow up regularly with interested candidates to maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate lead records and update call and follow-up details.
- Build positive relationships with prospective students.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.
- Coordinate with the admissions team whenever required.

Requirements

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.




- Good Hindi communication skills; basic to positive English communication preferred.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Confident, polite, enthusiastic, and target-oriented personality.
- Comfortable making calls and conducting regular follow-ups.
- Candidates based in or around Meerut are preferred.
