Position for: Raycon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.

Responsibilities

- Manage Commercial and Retail deals & transactions. This will involve leasing as well as outright transactions
- Developing relationships with IPC and brokers for Business Development purpose
- Visiting Corporates, institutions, retailers for generating demand
- Corporate Marketing – to tap corporate client for generating deals
- Achieve targets for oneself and team
- Taking care of inspections and closing deals
- Monitoring Sales/ Marketing/ Business Development Operations
- Develop and maintain client relationship, enable smooth coordination to ensure effective and effective customer service
- Negotiation/Deal finalization & monitoring day to day activity to ensure proper documentation related to deal
- Responsible for collection & receivable

Pre-requisites

- 7- 15 yrs of experience in Commercial leasing Sales & Business Development
