About the Role

We are looking for confident, motivated, and customer-focused Real Estate Consultants to join our sales team in Gurugram.

The role involves understanding customer requirements, presenting suitable residential and commercial real estate opportunities, conducting property visits, managing leads, and converting prospects into successful transactions.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate and handle leads through company-provided and self-generated sources.
- Understand clients' budget, requirements, investment objectives, and property preferences.
- Explain project details, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and investment potential.
- Schedule and conduct property/site visits with prospective clients.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle.
- Follow up consistently with prospects through calls, WhatsApp, and meetings.
- Negotiate and assist clients through the booking and closing process.
- Maintain accurate lead and customer information in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Stay updated on Gurugram's real estate market, upcoming projects, pricing trends, and connectivity developments.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience from enquiry to closure.

Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented approach.
- Good presentation and client-handling skills.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced sales environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
- Candidates with a valid two-wheeler and driving licence will be preferred.
