HR Manager – Sarayu Clinics

Location: Greater Kailash-1, Current Delhi
Job Type: Full-time | On-site

Sarayu Clinics is looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to independently manage recruitment, employee relations, performance, discipline and day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment across clinical, sales, operations and administrative roles.
- Manage onboarding, attendance, leaves, employee documentation and exit formalities.
- Monitor employee performance, discipline, KRAs/KPIs and workplace conduct.
- Handle grievances, conflicts, warning letters, PIPs and disciplinary matters professionally.
- Prepare monthly payroll inputs, incentive/leave records and coordinate F&F; settlements.
- Implement and ensure adherence to company HR policies and SOPs.




- Maintain complete employee records and HR documentation.
- Work closely with management and department heads on manpower planning, retention and performance.

Requirements

- 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in healthcare, aesthetics, hospitality, luxury retail or a service-based organization.
- Strong recruitment and employee-management experience.
- Excellent communication, documentation and conflict-resolution skills.
- Must be assertive, organized, discreet and capable of independently handling HR operations.

Preference will be given to candidates who can join immediately.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
