Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound calls from international customers and provide technical support.
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network, and application-related issues.
- Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting and resolution.
- Provide clear and accurate technical solutions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support team.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets.
- Follow company policies, security guidelines, and service-level agreements.
