Job description

Responsibilities

- Implement and support Microsoft 365 and Security solutions.

- Execute Microsoft 365 migration and modernization projects.

- Configure and manage Entra ID, Conditional Access, MFA, PIM and Identity Governance.

- Deploy and administer Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, MDM and MAM solutions.

- Implement Microsoft Defender suite, Purview and Sentinel solutions.

- Conduct security assessments, health checks and environment reviews.

- Troubleshoot complex M365, Security and Endpoint issues.

- Prepare HLDs, LLDs, implementation documents and SOPs.

- Participate in customer workshops, POCs and technical discussions.

- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices, compliance and governance standards.

- Collaborate with architects and engineering teams during project delivery.

Preferred Certifications :
MS-102, SC-100, SC-200, SC-300, SC-400, MD-102, AZ-104, AZ-305.

Required Experience

- 5+ years of Microsoft infrastructure, Microsoft 365 and security experience.

- Strong hands-on implementation experience across Microsoft 365 and Security workloads.

- Experience with Microsoft 365 tenant deployments, migrations and security transformation initiatives.

- Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

- Experience working with enterprise customers and project stakeholders.

- Ability to independently deliver project activities and technical documentation.

- For Senior Consultant: Proven experience leading workstreams, customer engagements and mentoring junior consultants.
