Key Responsibilities

- Purchase orders (PO) prepare, process aur maintain karna.
- Vendors se quotations collect karna aur price comparison karna.
- Purchase requirements ke according vendors se coordination karna.
- Vendor follow-up for quotation, order confirmation, delivery & pending material.
- Purchase invoices, bills aur related documents maintain karna.
- Material delivery aur stock availability ka follow-up karna.
- Vendor database aur purchase records update karna.
- Purchase-related data MS Excel / ERP software mein maintain karna.
- Accounts team ke saath invoice aur payment-related coordination karna.
- Purchase reports aur MIS prepare karne mein support karna.
- New vendors identify karna aur existing vendors ke saath coordination maintain karna.
- Management / Purchase Manager ko day-to-day procurement activities mein support karna.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

- Vendor handling aur follow-up mein comfortable ho.
- MS Excel ka practical knowledge ho.
- Responsible, organized aur detail-oriented ho.
- Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period preferred.

Salary

₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month, based on experience and interview performance.

Pay: ₹10,872.30 - ₹20,000.00 per month
