# Job Title: Business Development Executive – Auto ID & POS Solutions

## About the Role

We are looking for a agile and result-oriented **Business Development Executive** with experience in the Auto ID, Barcode, POS, and AIDC industry. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales and hands-on experience selling products from leading brands.

## Experience

* 1–2 years of sales experience in the Auto ID, Barcode, POS, or AIDC industry.

* Experience with one or more of the following brands is mandatory:

* Zebra

* Honeywell

* Epson

* Fargo

* Datacard

* Bixolon

* PartnerTech

* Toshiba

**Note:** Only candidates with experience in the above-mentioned brands will be shortlisted for interviews.

## Key Responsibilities

* Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.

* Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets.

* Conduct client meetings, product demonstrations, and presentations.

* Generate leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and market research.

* Maintain an updated pipeline of prospective customers using CRM tools.

* Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms,



and close sales successfully.

* Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

* Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.

* Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

## Required Skills

* Strong B2B sales and business development skills.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

* Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities.

* Strong analytical and time management skills.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

## Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

* Valid Indian Driving License is mandatory.

* Willingness to travel across Bengaluru and other assigned territories.
