Job Highlights:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic HR Intern to support the Recruitment and Employee Onboarding functions. The intern will gain hands-on experience in sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining recruitment records, and supporting the complete onboarding process.

This is 3 months paid internship with an opportunity for consideration for a full-time HR role based on performance, business requirements and successful completion of the internship and assessments.

Job Description:

- Support end-to-end recruitment activities including candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination and follow-ups.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and regularly update recruitment trackers, candidate databases and recruitment MIS.




- Communicate with candidates regarding interview schedules, documentation and selection status.
- Support offer rollout and pre-joining formalities.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, including documentation, verification and joining formalities.
- Ensure current joiners receive necessary information, documents and onboarding support.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee and recruitment records.
- Assist the HR team with other recruitment and HR operations activities as required.

Competencies / Skills:

- Good verbal and written communication skills.

- Robust coordination and interpersonal skills.

- Proactive, organized and detail-oriented approach.

- Ability to manage multiple candidates and activities simultaneously.

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and MS Office.

- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
