Job Description

Bepec Solutions is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate (BDA) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate recent business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential leads
- Schedule meetings, product demos, and follow-ups with Leads
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports as required
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and presentation abilities
- Basic understanding of sales, marketing, and business development concepts
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is a plus
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
