Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads and Google Ads campaigns for real estate projects.

· Develop performance marketing strategies to generate high-quality property leads.

· Manage campaign budgets and optimize CPL, conversion rates, lead quality, and ROI/ROAS.

· Conduct audience research, targeting, retargeting, and lookalike audience creation.

· Set up and monitor Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns as required.

· Create and test different ad copies, creatives, offers, landing pages, and campaigns.

· Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

· Coordinate with the Sales/Pre-Sales team to track lead quality and conversion.

· Monitor lead funnel performance from lead generation to site visit and booking.

· Prepare regular performance reports covering spend, leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI.





· Implement remarketing strategies to re-engage potential buyers.

· Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in Meta and Google advertising platforms.

· Work closely with the creative/content team to develop high-performing ad creatives and campaigns.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
