Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Executive with 6 months to 1 year of experience to support the company in legal documentation, compliance, contract management, and other legal matters.

Key Responsibilities

- Draft, review, and maintain legal documents, agreements, contracts, notices, and correspondence.
- Assist in reviewing contracts and identifying legal risks.
- Maintain proper records of legal documents, agreements, and case files.
- Support the team with statutory and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Coordinate with external lawyers, consultants, and government authorities when required.
- Assist in handling legal notices, claims, disputes, and other legal matters.
- Conduct basic legal research on relevant laws and regulations.
- Track important legal deadlines, renewals, and compliance requirements.
- Provide administrative and documentation support to the Legal Department.




- Ensure confidentiality of all legal and company-related information.

Requirements

- LLB degree or relevant legal qualification.
- 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience in a legal department, law firm, or corporate workplace.
- Basic knowledge of Indian laws, contracts, and corporate compliance.
- Good drafting and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and documentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email communication.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with different departments.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of corporate law and compliance.
- Experience in contract drafting and review.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Employment Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
