What You’ll Do

1. Lead Generation & Research

Identify potential brands and decision-makers across Pune and beyond.

Research F&B;, fashion, D2C, lifestyle, hospitality, and commercial businesses.

Build and maintain a qualified prospect list.

2. Client Outreach

Reach out to potential clients through Instagram, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, and calls.

Introduce KULTPIX MEDIA and understand the prospect's content/marketing requirements.

Initiate meaningful conversations rather than sending generic pitches.

3. Sales & Pitching

Present KULTPIX MEDIA’s photography, videography, and content services.

Prepare and customize pitches based on client requirements.

Schedule discovery calls and meetings with qualified prospects.





Follow up consistently and move leads through the sales pipeline.

4. Pipeline Management

Maintain accurate records of leads and conversations.

Track follow-ups, responses, meetings, proposals, and conversions.

Keep the CRM/lead sheet updated.

Share weekly progress and pipeline reports.

5. Relationship Building

Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients.

Coordinate with the founder during client onboarding.

Understand client expectations and help ensure a smooth handover to the creative team.
