RCM Analyst

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented RCM Analyst with experience in U.S. Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management to analyze revenue cycle performance, identify gaps, and improve collections and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze A/R, denials, claims, payments, collections, and reimbursement trends.
- Monitor RCM KPIs such as A/R aging, denial rate, collection rate, and clean claim rate.
- Identify root causes of denials, delayed payments, and revenue leakage.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly RCM reports and dashboards.
- Provide actionable insights to improve revenue and reduce A/R.
- Collaborate with Billing, AR, Denials, Coding, and Operations teams.
- Support process improvement and reporting automation initiatives.

Requirements

- 0-2 years of experience in U.S.



Healthcare RCM / Medical Billing / Healthcare Analytics.
- Strong knowledge of claims, A/R, denials, EOB/ERA, Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers.
- Advanced MS Excel skills (PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, SUMIFS, dashboards).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with Power BI/SQL is a plus.
- Excellent communication and attention to detail.
