KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Monday.com CRM Administration

- Own day-to-day board maintenance, data entry, and record updates across all AIPG business units
- Manage user access, field configurations, and platform hygiene
- Monitor CRM data quality and proactively flag missing or incorrect fields before they affect reporting
- Support the build and maintenance of Vibes dashboards and Sidekick reporting templates

POS & DSDT Reporting

- Take full ownership of monthly POS and DSDT file processing, including data cleanup, territory mapping, and

distribution

- Ensure files are formatted consistently and delivered on schedule to the appropriate stakeholders
- Work with BU data contacts to resolve discrepancies and maintain file integrity month over month

Data Analysis & Excel

- Build and maintain complex Excel models using Power Query, data modeling, PivotTables, and advanced formulas
- Support the Sales Analytics & CRM Manager in pulling ad-hoc data requests, territory analysis, and rep performance

snapshots

- Identify data anomalies and surface them proactively before they impact leadership reporting

BU Data Liaison

- Serve as the primary point of contact between Sales Analytics & CRM and data contacts at each business unit
- Coordinate data submissions, resolve field compliance issues, and ensure BU-level reporting accuracy
- Build strong working relationships with BU partners to improve data consistency across the platform

Tradeshow & Lead Processing





- Manage tradeshow lead entry, territory assignment, and sequence enrollment in Monday.com following each event
- Ensure every lead is properly categorized, assigned, and tracked from entry through follow-up

Reporting Support

- Run standard scheduled reports on a set cadence and distribute to the appropriate stakeholders
- Support the Sales Analytics & CRM Manager with monthly and quarterly reporting deliverables
- Maintain reporting templates and ensure consistency across all outputs

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- 2 to 4 years of experience in sales operations, data analysis, CRM administration, or a related field

- Advanced Excel skills required: Power Query, data modeling, complex formulas, and PivotTables
- Experience with Monday.com or a similar CRM or project management platform strongly preferred
- Robust attention to detail with a track record of catching data issues before they become problems
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fully remote environment
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field preferred
