Position: E-Commerce Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day e-commerce operations across the company website and online marketplaces.
- Handle marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho and other relevant platforms.
- Manage Shopify/D2C website operations, including products, pricing, inventory, offers, and order flow.
- Monitor daily orders and ensure timely processing, dispatch, delivery, and order closure.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, production, logistics, sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
- Manage inventory planning and ensure stock availability across all online channels.
- Monitor stock levels and avoid stock-outs, overstocking, and inventory mismatches.
- Coordinate with courier and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
- Monitor RTO, NDR, cancellations, returns, refunds, and damaged shipments and take corrective action.
- Manage marketplace product listings, catalogues, pricing, promotions, and inventory updates.
- Ensure product information, images, descriptions, SKUs, pricing, and stock details are accurate.
- Monitor seller account health and resolve marketplace operational issues.
- Track marketplace settlements, commissions, penalties, claims, and reconciliation in coordination with the Accounts team.
- Work closely with the Digital Marketing team during campaigns, offers, and new product launches.
- Monitor operational KPIs such as order fulfilment rate, dispatch TAT, delivery rate, RTO %, cancellation %,



return %, and customer complaints.
- Identify operational gaps and implement SOPs to improve efficiency and customer experience.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for management.
- Manage and guide the e-commerce operations team and ensure achievement of operational targets.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify and other e-commerce platforms.
- Good understanding of order management, inventory, warehousing, logistics, and fulfilment.
- Experience in D2C/e-commerce operations.
- Solid knowledge of RTO, NDR, returns, refunds, and reverse logistics.
- Good command of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MIS reporting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and team management skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments and external partners.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment.

Preferred Candidate

- Minimum 4+ years of experience in E-Commerce Operations.
- Experience in D2C, FMCG, Nutraceutical, Food & Beverage, Healthcare, Beauty, or Consumer Products will be preferred
