Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Manage complete façade work at project sites from execution to handover.

•⁠ ⁠Read and understand façade drawings, elevations and technical details.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise installation, alignment, finishing and quality of façade work.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with clients, architects, consultants, contractors and site teams.

•⁠ ⁠Manage manpower, material availability and daily site progress.

•⁠ ⁠Take site measurements and resolve technical/site-related issues.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate with the office and factory team for material and fabrication requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Prepare daily progress reports and pending/snag lists.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure proper safety and quality standards at site.

•⁠ ⁠Coordinate final inspection, snag closure and project handover.

Requirements

•⁠ ⁠Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil, Mechanical or relevant field.





•⁠ ⁠5–8 years of experience in Façade, Aluminium, Glass, Windows or similar industry.

•⁠ ⁠Good knowledge of façade installation and site execution.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to read technical/AutoCAD drawings.

•⁠ ⁠Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.

•⁠ ⁠Ability to independently handle site work and site teams.

Immediate Joiners Preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
