Role: Sales Executive (Real Estate Sales)

Experience Required: 2 to 3 Years

Industry: Real Estate / Residential & Commercial Construction

Key Responsibilities

 Lead Generation: Source corporate buyers, business owners, and investors through

cold calling, networking, and digital channels.

 Client Consultations: Understand business requirements regarding space, budget,

and location to pitch relevant commercial properties.

 Site Visits: Organize and lead property tours, explaining building specs, ROI, and

commercial infrastructure details.

 Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate commercial sale or lease terms, handle counteroffers,

and finalize contracts with legal and management teams.

 Channel Partner Relations: Build and maintain strong networks with brokers and

channel partners to widen inventory reach.

 Pipeline Management & Reporting: Maintain accurate records of client interactions,

follow-ups and Prepare Daily, Weekly,



and Monthly Progress Reports and update

management.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Experience: 2–3 years in direct sales, B2B sales, or commercial real estate

leasing/sales.

 Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

 Market Knowledge: Awareness of local commercial micro-markets, business hubs,

and pricing trends.

 Skills: Exceptional communication, persuasive pitching, and qualified

presentation.

Job Details

 Full Time, 9.30am to 6pm

 Monday to Sunday (one day weekly-off during the week)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
