Hiring: Business Development Executive (Commission-Based)

We’re looking for a driven Business Development Executive to join our growing USA-based EdTech company. If you’re confident in sales, communication, lead conversion, and client relationship building, this opportunity is for you.

What We Offer

- Commission-based role for the first 2 months
- Up to Rs25K incentive per sale
- No limit on the number of sales or incentives
- Your incentive starts from your very first sale
- After 2 months, your fixed salary will be decided based on your performance
- If you crack a sale in your 1st month, we may evaluate your performance early and determine your fixed salary accordingly

Working Hours

- Flexible working hours
- Maximum: 5 hours/day
- Work according to your availability while supporting : 7:00 PM – 5:00 AM IST

Requirements





- Personal Laptop/Computer
- Stable Internet connection
- Good communication and convincing skills
- Sales/business development mindset
- Ability to work independently and achieve targets

1 Sale = Up to Rs 25,000 Incentive
More sales = More incentives
No cap on total incentives, No overall incentive limit
