- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Prepare job cards with accurate customer and vehicle details.
- Explain required service, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of jobs.
- Monitor service progress and provide updates to customers.
- Identify additional repair or maintenance requirements and obtain customer approval.
- Conduct final vehicle inspection before delivery.
- Prepare service estimates, invoices, and related documents.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution.
- Maintain customer records and follow up for feedback and future service requirements.
Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
