Requirements

- 3+ years of professional Webflow development experience.
- Robust experience building production-ready, responsive Webflow websites from Figma.
- Strong understanding of Webflow CMS, reusable components, variables, and scalable class naming.
- Strong working knowledge of Finsweet Attributes, including CMS Filter, CMS Load, CMS Sort, CMS Combine, and advanced collection-list use cases
- Good command of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Experience with Webflow Interactions, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.
- Experience with APIs, forms, CRMs, analytics tools, and third-party integrations.
- Strong understanding of website performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Strong attention to visual detail, responsive behaviour, and UX quality.
- Experience working with designers, project managers, and clients.




- Strong portfolio of Webflow projects.

Responsibilities

- Build responsive, production-ready Webflow websites from detailed Figma designs.
- Create scalable Webflow systems using reusable components, variables, and structured class naming.
- Build and manage CMS-driven websites with clean architecture.
- Develop polished interactions and animations using Webflow, GSAP, and ScrollTrigger.
- Implement custom functionality using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Integrate websites with forms, APIs, CRMs, analytics platforms, and third-party services.
- Optimise websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and Core Web Vitals.
- Perform QA across browsers, devices, breakpoints, CMS content, and interactions.
- Collaborate with designers, project managers, and clients from development through launch.
- Take ownership of technical execution while maintaining high design quality.
