About the Role

We are looking for a creative and skilled Graphic Designer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in graphic design, particularly in Adobe Illustrator and sketching. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for aesthetics, attention to detail, and the ability to turn ideas and concepts into visually engaging designs.

Key Responsibilities

- Create engaging and visually appealing designs for social media, digital campaigns, websites, presentations, marketing materials, and branding.
- Develop original illustrations, sketches, icons, and creative visual concepts using Adobe Illustrator.
- Convert concepts and rough ideas into polished creative designs.
- Work on both digital and print design requirements as needed.
- Collaborate with the marketing, content, and other teams to understand design requirements and deliver creatives on time.
- Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all visual communication.
- Adapt designs into different formats and sizes for various digital platforms.
- Stay updated with current design trends, visual styles, typography, and creative techniques.
- Make design revisions based on feedback while maintaining quality and creative consistency.





Required Skills

- 2–3 years of professional experience in Graphic Design.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Illustrator.
- Valuable freehand sketching and illustration skills.
- Strong understanding of composition, typography, colour theory, layout, and visual hierarchy.
- Experience creating designs for social media and digital platforms.
- Good knowledge of other design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Figma, or Canva is an advantage.
- Strong creative thinking and attention to detail.
- Ability to understand briefs and independently develop creative concepts.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines.

What We are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is creative, detail-oriented, and hands-on, with a genuine passion for visual design. Candidates who can combine strong Illustrator skills with original sketching and illustration abilities will be preferred.

A strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, Illustrator work, illustrations, and sketches is mandatory.
