Position: Assistant Site Supervisor

Experience: 6 months – 1 year

Location: Mumbai – travel to different sites as per project requirements

Key Responsibilities

* Site management and day-to-day coordination with vendors.

* Arranging and procuring materials required at site.

* Coordinating material samples and getting approvals/passing from clients.

* Managing material entry at site.

* Preparing and maintaining MIR, MAS, ITR and all related documentation.

* Maintaining proper records of material challans and deliveries.

* Preparing and submitting bills as per project requirements.

* Writing qualified emails and messages to clients regarding site requirements.

* Maintaining daily attendance records of staff and workers.

* Taking measurements and coordinating for measurement certification.

* Following site safety protocols and maintaining required safety documentation.





* Preparing necessary documents for billing and client requirements.

* Maintaining records and reports using MS Excel and MS Word.

* Coordinating with clients, vendors, contractors and site teams.

* Should be comfortable travelling across Mumbai as per site requirements.

Required Skills

* Good communication and coordination skills.

* Basic knowledge of Excel & Word.

* Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

* Ability to communicate professionally with clients through email and WhatsApp.

* Should be responsible, proactive and willing to learn.

* Must be comfortable travelling to different Mumbai sites.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
