Job Title: Café Crew Member

Location: Dabolim, Goa

Job Summary: We are looking for energetic, friendly, and hardworking employees for our café. The candidate will be responsible for preparing beverages, assembling sandwiches and bakery products, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities: - Prepare coffee, tea, cold beverages, shakes, and other café drinks as per standard recipes.

Assemble and serve sandwiches, burgers, and ready-to-serve bakery products.

Heat and plate snacks when required.

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness standards are maintained.

Handle customer orders and provide friendly service. - Operate the billing/POS system and manage cash transactions.

Monitor stock levels and inform management about inventory requirements.

Clean workstations, equipment,



and customer areas regularly.

Follow FSSAI food safety and hygiene guidelines.

Requirements: -Experience in a café, bakery, restaurant, or food service industry is preferred.

Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and sandwich making.

Positive communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Honest, punctual, and team-oriented. Salary: As per experience.
