KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidate Sourcing – Find and attract suitable candidates through job portals, social media & references.
Screening & Shortlisting – Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates as per process requirements.
Interview Coordination – Schedule and coordinate candidate interviews with the concerned team.
Candidate Follow-up – Maintain regular follow-ups throughout the recruitment process.
Joining & Closure – Take ownership of candidates from screening to successful joining.
International Hiring – Handle recruitment for various international voice/non-voice processes.
Daily Recruitment Targets – Work towards hiring and joining targets while maintaining candidate quality.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
