- Handle student enquiries through phone, WhatsApp, social media, walk-ins, and other channels.
- Counsel students and parents regarding Laptop & Desktop Hardware courses.
- Explain course syllabus, duration, fees, practical training, timings, and career opportunities.
- Understand students’ educational background, interests, and career goals and recommend suitable courses.
- Conduct regular follow-ups with prospective students and convert enquiries into admissions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, counselling, and admissions.
- Achieve monthly admission and enquiry conversion targets assigned by management.
- Explain practical training and career opportunities such as Hardware Technician, Service Engineer, and Technical Support roles.
- Coordinate with the training and administration team regarding student admissions and batch schedules.




- Maintain good communication and skilled relationships with students and parents.
- Assist in promotional activities, seminars, career guidance programs, and student awareness campaigns.
- Submit daily/weekly enquiry, follow-up, and admission reports to management.
- Follow up with previous and pending enquiries to improve admission conversions.
- Address basic student queries and coordinate with the concerned team for issue resolution.
- Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of student information.
- Perform other counselling, admission, marketing, and student-support activities assigned by management.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
