About the Role

Performance Wise Media is hiring Customer Engagement Executives for our international voice process team, supporting clients in the United States. This is a remote, work-from-home role suited to freshers who want to start a career in international customer engagement. This is a phone-based role: you will speak with US customers by voice throughout your shift. Full onboarding and training are provided, so no prior experience is required.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound voice calls to US customers on behalf of our client campaigns
- Share information clearly and professionally in English
- Follow the provided call guidelines and campaign process

Requirements

- Clear, confident spoken English
- A personal laptop or desktop in working condition
- A stable, high-speed internet connection
- A quiet space to take calls from home
- Willingness to work night-shift hours (US business hours)
- Ability to follow training and team coordination conducted in Hindi

Compensation

- Fixed salary: ₹8,500 per month
- Performance incentives in addition to the fixed salary,



based on results
- Strong performers earn meaningful incentives on top of their base each month
