Job Description: B2B Sales Executive / Telecaller

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, target-oriented, and result-driven B2B Sales Executive / Telecaller to connect with existing and potential business clients, understand their requirements, pitch suitable products/services, generate sales opportunities, and convert leads into successful deals.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, solid convincing and negotiation abilities, a confident personality, and the ability to handle international/US clients professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to existing and potential B2B clients.
- Communicate professionally with international/US clients and understand their business requirements.
- Explain and pitch company products/services based on client needs.
- Generate sales through effective calling, lead conversion, follow-ups, upselling, and cross-selling.
- Handle client queries, objections, negotiations, and concerns professionally.
- Follow up regularly with prospects and existing clients to close sales.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products/services.
- Maintain accurate client information, call records, follow-ups, and sales activities in the CRM.
- Manage and update the sales pipeline.




- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handling of client requirements.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain professional communication and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Follow company processes, quality standards, and performance expectations.

Requirements

- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing, sales, and negotiation abilities.
- Confident and positive personality.
- Good client/customer handling skills.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion abilities.
- Ability to pitch products/services and close sales.
- Target-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales goals.
- Experience in B2B Sales, Telecalling, Telesales, Inside Sales, IT Sales, Product Sales, or International Sales is preferred.
- Experience handling international/US clients will be an added advantage.
- Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with international/US business hours.
- Willingness to work from office in Mohali.
