WE’RE HIRING | ToT – Talk of the Town, Kochi
We are looking for an experienced and agile Banquet Manager to manage and grow our events, parties and corporate functions.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage banquet and event operations from enquiry to execution
* Handle client enquiries, site visits and event bookings
* Plan and coordinate corporate events, parties and private functions
* Prepare packages and proposals based on client requirements
* Coordinate with kitchen, service and external vendors
* Ensure smooth execution and excellent guest experience
* Develop corporate and event-planner relationships
* Generate new leads and actively drive banquet sales
* Achieve monthly event and revenue targets
Preferred: Prior experience in banquets, hotels, restaurants or event venues with strong sales, communication and client-hand
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
